Claire Barnhoorn
I am a seasoned humanitarian professional with nearly two decades of experience driving systemic change in aid delivery and global supply chains. With a career spanning Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and collaborations with NGOs and UN agencies across Europe, Asia, and Africa, I am committed to leveraging data and technology to enhance efficiency, localize aid, and promote sustainable procurement, key strategies for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
As the founder and CEO of Solvoz, I lead a social enterprise that transforms procurement for impact-driven organizations through open-access tools and innovative solutions. Our efforts have earned recognition, including the Best Innovation Award at ImpactFest 2024. I also co-founded initiatives like the Gender-Responsive Procurement Alliance, furthering equitable and sustainable supply chains, or co-lead the novel platform NCDconnect to bridge the healthcare gap by advancing access to affordable quality NCD medication in Low- and Middle-Income Countries.
Passionate about sharing insights, I’ve spoken at global forums such as the World Economic Forum, The African Logistics Conference, the European Congress on Global Health, emphasizing system change. Let’s connect to discuss, enable action, foster collaboration, or explore speaking opportunities to amplify impactful global supply chains, social enterprises and/or driving impactful system change
